Welcome! Activate Maine is your hub for action, connection, and community power. In today's environment, we know it can feel overwhelming to figure out how to get involved and even where to start—but you don’t have to do it alone. Our goal is to make it easier for Mainers to show up, stay informed, and support each other, without relying on social media algorithms or scattered information. We believe activism looks different for everyone - and it all matters.

Activate Maine brings together passionate volunteers to support activism across the state. Our website is a one-stop resource for rallies, classes, workshops, resources, and ways to get involved - from the couch to the Capitol!

How We Started

Activate Maine's founder Rachel started this organization during a time of uncertainty and overwhelm, believing that community could offer calm in the chaos. She saw people fighting alone across the state and knew we’d be stronger together. What began as a central event calendar is now a growing movement for unity and collective power.
